My order has been lost or delayed for some time, what should I do?

Orders are considered lost if they have not been delivered within 28 days of the order placement. However, unforeseen circumstances can also lead to extensive delays, therefore, we may not start an investigation for a delayed order until a reasonable amount of time has passed. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact our customer support representatives if they haven’t received their order. We may not be able to process a refund request if the above-mentioned procedure has not been correctly followed by the customer.

Will I get confirmation email after placing an order?

When do I get my order?

Once the payment has cleared and the packages ready we send the update via email and whatsapp. We advise you to have WhatsApp installed on your phone so we can attach some photos of your package for your information.
